Have you heard about our new Hybrid offering?

As you may know, Resource Training Solutions is a UK CAA, EASA and GCAA Part 147 approved training organisation. We deliver Part 66 courses and tailored courses encompassing full modules, sub modules, licence extension and limitations removal training.

Pre-Covid, our students preferred face-to-face interaction with an instructor whilst studying courses in a classroom. However, when the pandemic hit, we had to think about how we could deliver our courses remotely, to the same high standard.

There was a general unease at first around the effectiveness of remote training delivery and how it would impact learning outcomes, compared to traditional face-to-face delivery. Though after trialling the first few remote courses, we found that open course students were receiving the same high pass rates.

We received positive feedback from students as our adapted training delivery meant there were no interruptions to learning, and students were able to continue their studies during lockdown.

Although our remote learning has been a success, we found there is still a proportion of people who would like to return to a classroom environment and learn in the traditional way, in front of an instructor. So, we came up with a solution that would satisfy both groups of individuals, face-to-face and remote learners.

We are, therefore, excited to announce that from 1st April, we will be introducing our hybrid delivery capability for all Part-66 training courses.

This means students will now have the option to attend our courses either face-to-face or via Zoom, allowing them to choose their preferred learning style at the time of booking the course. This flexibility will also enable remote learners to save cost of travel and accommodation.
