LEVEL 3 CAT A APPRENTICESHIP
Resource Training Solutions have a flawless 10-year record of delivering fully approved Apprenticeship programs for employers such as British Airways, Virgin, easyJet, DHL, and Airbus. This high-quality, market-leading service is predicated on our portfolio of industry accreditations and approvals including UK CAA, EASA, Ofsted, RoATP, ESFA, City & Guilds, EAL and ISO9001.
We are an industry embedded provider, and our experience shows that student competence and confidence grows with exposure to an actual maintenance environment. Therefore, we deploy blended learning solutions to ensure the most effective development route, combining academic study with hands-on experience in our simulated Part-145 training facilities. This route is supported and facilitated by our experienced Technical Instructors, qualified Aviation Assessors and mapped against an assessment plan for Apprentices in the workplace.
Our standard 2-year programme is structured into three main phases, the Foundation Phase, the Development Phase and End-Point Assessment which can be tailored to fixed wing or rotary standards. Alongside the standard learning and lessons, we add a number of enrichment elements to our apprenticeship programmes such as First Aid training, Drink and Drug Awareness, Mental Health workshops and Financial Planning, all of which help develop the apprentice during their time with us.
With the ultimate goal of training the next generation of Aviation Maintenance Technicians, we want to provide a clear development route and career pathway for both our apprentices and employers. We believe our Level 3 CAT A program is the best in class, and we are delighted to have trained 637 EASA qualified apprentices since 2011.
AirTanker has been using Aviation Technical Training (ATT) since 2016 when we launched our very first Aeronautical Engineering Apprenticeship programme. We have been impressed with the support and guidance from their dedicated and knowledgeable team and their willingness to adapt to the customers’ needs makes them a stand-out training provider; highlighted by maintaining their service throughout the challenging Covid 19 lockdown periods. We look forward to maintaining our close working relationship with ATT throughout 2021 as we begin recruiting for our next apprentice Cohort.
