AIRCRAFT STRUCTURAL HAND SKILLS
The Aircraft Structural Hand Skills course provides participants with the basic skills and knowledge required to manufacture and assemble aircraft structural repair components. Training is delivered in accordance with engineering worksheets, technical drawings, and procedures contained within Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs).
This aircraft structural training supports the development of hands-on competencies required for aircraft maintenance and repair activities and can be used towards UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) requirements for practical experience.

ELECTRICAL HAND SKILLS
The course is a 1-day practical aircraft electrical training programme designed to develop the manual skills required for the repair and replacement of aircraft connective devices in accordance with EWIS Module G requirements.
The course covers:
- Circular and rectangular connectors
- Modular and non-modular terminal blocks
- Grounding modules
Practical training covers:
- Wire stripping
- Crimping lugs and splices
- Tinning
- Solder sleeves
- Wiring board exercises
- Electrical checks
This training is based on industry guidance including AMC 20-22, EASA ED Decision 2008/007/R, and FAA AC 120-94.
ELECTRICAL WIRING INTERCONNECTION SYSTEMS (EWIS)
This 5-day EWIS aviation training programme is designed for personnel working in aircraft design, production, and maintenance environments. It provides organisations with acceptable means of compliance for EWIS training obligations under EASA regulations, as required in paragraphs 21.A.145 and 21.A.245 of Part-21, 145.A.30 and 145.A.35 of Part-145 and M.A.706 of Part-M.
The course covers:
- How to correctly read wiring diagrams
- Basic Wiring Checks
- ESD Protection / safety
- Correct use of crimp tools
- Wire stripping
- Solder sleeve repair / use
- Shielded and unshielded wire repair
- Co Axial cable repair
- Connector back shell / pinning / depinning plugs
- Wire bundling binding using wax cord
- Connector cleaning and protection

UNLICENCED MECHANIC COURSE
The Unlicensed Mechanic Training course provides basic knowledge for working safely in a flight line environment.
The training focuses on:
- Flight safety

This training can be tailored to meet specific client requirements based on the backgrounds and requirements of the individuals attending.
