Resource Group welcomes in the New Year with licence to provide aviation and aerospace recruitment services in Spain
Resource Group has been awarded its ETT (‘Empresa de trabajo temporal’) labour leasing interim licence to provide a range of specialist flight crew and technical recruitment services to the Spanish aviation and aerospace market, from its Madrid base.
Resource Group’s subsidiary Resource Consulting Spain ETT S.L will trade under the Resource Group brand and is uniquely positioned as the only aviation specialist provider of its kind within Spain. The licence enables the company to service the Spanish market in a compliant manner with the benefit of in-country support and account management.
The range of services provided will initially include flight crew leasing and technical recruitment for commercial airlines, VIP executive aviation and MRO organisations.

The ETT licence is granted to organisations who fulfil strict criteria for the supply of temporary staff to companies in Spain. This is a second coup for Resource Group following its AS9100 (BS EN 9100) quality accreditation last year.
