The next issue of Regional International – the official magazine of ERA is now live to view. Stephan Hickman, CEO of Resource Group has discussed the STEM skills gap and resourcing the future of MRO.
”Resource Group has trained more than 700 new aircraft maintainers to date, combining classroom learning with practical sessions at its Apprenticeship centre. Stephan Hickman discusses the benefits of this type of training and the need for greater aircraft engineering recruitment”.
