Welcoming our new apprentices
We have a growing commitment to train and guide our students through an exciting journey in the Aviation industry to become Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
Therefore, we are delighted to welcome our next cohort of apprentices from Draken, Bristow, JMI, Oriens Aviation, Airbus Helicopters, and Babcock.
They have started their 2-year Level 3 Apprenticeship programme with us, which includes 65% practical and 35% theory training over the next 10 months. They will train to become a safe and competent work-ready apprentice that can actively contribute to the workforce.
In the second year, they will return to their employer for Development Competence training and continue to be assessed on-site by our ‘in-house’ Apprentice Assessors.
Our apprenticeship programme provides support to all students who would like to grow their career and help encourage others to follow in their footsteps. We would like to wish all our students the best of luck as they begin their exciting new careers.
