1. What is iAcademy?

iAcademy is our digital learning portal where all of your purchased courses will appear.

2. How do I access the iAcademy?

Click the following link to access your courses via the Resource Group iAcademy.

3. How do I book eLearning courses?

You can book Technical Training eLearning courses using the link. Click the thumbnail of the course you would like to book for more information and to be directed to the booking page.

4. How can I redeem eLearning courses?

Once you have purchased a course, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to redeem.

5. How long do I have access to my eLearning courses?

You have 6 months to complete your course from the date the course is redeemed.

6. How long will my training take?

7. Do your courses meet industry regulations?

All our eLearning courses meet industry regulations and are continually updated as new regulations are introduced. You can find further information about each eLearning course by clicking on the course thumbnails: Technical Training

8. Will I receive a certificate after completing my eLearning?

After successfully completing the end course assessment, you will immediately receive your completion certificate alongside the percentage pass rate, via email.

9. Do you offer Human Factors, EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety training?

Yes, we offer both initial training and refresher courses which need to be taken every two years. We have also created a Safety Training plus Human Factors course to fulfil the new Commission Implementing Regulation (IR) 2021/1963.

10. What hardware and software are your courses compatible with?

All our eLearning products are compatible with desktop, laptop and tablets. If you are a desktop or laptop user, we strongly recommend that you use Google Chrome. Our online learning system uses pop-ups so please allow pop-ups in your browser.

11. Do your eLearning courses include a final assessment?

Most of our courses include an end-of-course assessment. For those that do not, a final assessment is not required. Instead, knowledge checks are embedded throughout to ensure the learning outcomes have been met.

12. Do your eLearning courses have a voice-over?

Yes, most of our courses include a voice-over to enhance learner engagement, alongside interactive elements and on-screen text.

13. Do you offer a discount for larger business purchases?

14. Does the EWIS eLearning course cover Module G?

No, the EWIS eLearning course covers Modules A to F only. Module G (Connective Device Repair) requires a hands-on practical demonstration of connector repair procedures, which cannot be effectively delivered through online eLearning. For this reason, Module G is not included in the EWIS eLearning course and is offered separately as a 1-day Electrical Hand Skills course.

15. Do I have to do Safety Training and Human Factors together?

UK CAA and EASA regulations now require safety training to be included as part of Human Factors training. However, we also offer the courses as standalone options for organisations that conduct Human Factors or Safety Management training in-house.

You have three options for training with Resource Group:

Combined Safety Training plus Human Factors eLearning course.
Human Factors (HF) course
Safety Management Systems (SMS)
