1. Where are you based?

We have training facilities at Cotswold, Humberside, and Luton Airports.

2. What public transport is available to me?

The nearest train station to our Cotswold Airport facility is Kemble Station, approximately 4 miles away.

3. Do you offer exam only?

We do not offer an exam-only service.

4. Do you offer type-rated courses?

No, we do not offer any type-rated aircraft training.

5. How long will my training take?

Please refer to the relevant product category above for further information regarding course durations.

6. Do I need an account to be able to book a course?

If you do not already have an account, you can still book a course through our website as an account will automatically be created for you during the checkout process.

7. How do I book a course?

Please refer to the relevant product categories above where you can find further information regarding booking. 

8. How can I redeem my course?

Once you have purchased a course, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to redeem. 

9. Do you offer discounts?

We offer B2B discounts through our Part-66 partnership and eLearning partnership schemes. Click on the above links for more information.

Businesses and individuals can also purchase Part 66 self-study courses at discounted rates by purchasing course bundles.

10. Can I pay in instalments?

No, the full amount is due at the time of purchase.

11. Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Please email info@resourcegroup.co.uk and request an invoice for your online purchase.

12. Can I get a refund on the courses I have purchased?

If you decide to cancel your order, you must contact Resource Group within 14 days of making your purchase. However, if you redeem your course or book a course within 14 days of the start date and have received the course materials, then a refund will not be granted. 13. When will I receive my exam results and certificates?

eLearning courses – After successfully completing the end course assessment, you will immediately receive your certificate alongside the percentage pass rate via email.

Part 66 examinations – The participant will receive their Part 66 examination results and, if successful, certificates within 60 days of the date of the Part 66 examination, assuming Resource Group has received the necessary customer information and payment for the course. Due to operational circumstances, Resource Group reserve the right to increase the 60-day timeframe as required.

14. Do you offer training to military personnel?

Yes, we offer aviation maintenance training to current and ex-military personnel, ranging from Part 66 modular training, eLearning, and practical skills courses including sheet metal and composite repair. As an ELCAS approved learning provider, we accept Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) as payment towards a selection of our training courses. Resource Group is also a signatory on The Armed Forces Covenant which demonstrates our commitment to support the Armed Forces Community. 15. Do you accept ELCAS?

Yes, we are an ELCAS registered training provider so military personnel can use Enhanced Learning Credits to pay for training. Our provider number is 1472.
