This refresher course covers the aviation maintenance human factors training requirements (excluding Safety Management), providing students with the information to manage and reduce human error and human factors risks.

This is to be completed by students who have previously completed human factors initial training and already hold a current Safety Management certificate. If you have not taken a Safety Management course separately, you will require our Safety Training plus Human Factors course, as per the requirement of 145.a.30(e).

The course has been designed to give flight crew personnel a thorough overview of ETOPS fundamentals, focusing on key topics and concepts.

This course will give you a thorough understanding of the hazards that can be found in the airside areas, while assisting in the reduction of potential safety risks in this complex working environment.

This awareness course will give you the knowledge to define FOD, describe the causes and effects, and explain methods of prevention.
