Human Factors Initial: French Language

Human Factors training is a mandatory requirement for all maintenance personnel as outlined in EASA 145.A.30(e).

The course’s interactive format will guide you through all of the required subject matter, including an organisation’s safety culture, human error, error reduction and mitigation, communications and error reporting.

Who is this course aimed at? If you have not previously undertaken any form of Human Factors training, or if over 2 years have passed since the last Human Factors Training was undertaken.

The online Human Factors Initial training has been specifically designed for the Aviation industry delivered through an EASA Part-147 training organisation and provides a cost effective solution for learners. In addition to the online course, a maintenance organisation must provide their own bespoke element (relevant to each individual organisation) to the course in order to comply with the requirements of EASA 145.a.30 (e).
