This mandatory course covers the aviation maintenance human factors training requirements for EASA Part 145 engineering organisations, to manage and reduce human error and human factors risks to improve aviation safety.
This Human Factors Initial course meets the new EASA Part 145 requirements which were introduced in December 2022.

Who is this course aimed at? If you are in an EASA Part 145 engineering organisations and not had any previous Human Factors training, or have not completed Human Factors Training in the last 2 years.
It looks at what human factors are, how they affect our performance and influence our actions, and how to recognise and correct Human Factors risks in aviation.
